I just acquired my quarter horse gelding and was told he needed to be retired at age 15 for navicular changes. I was told he would go lame after riding. I have ridden that horse all over in some very hard terrain and have yet to see him lame. He starts off slow but is always willing to move at a slow pace and once he gets warmed up he is better but regularly trips. After our last Hunter Pace, he tripped a lot in all gaits so I took him to the vet had a series of x-rays done and found out he has arthritis or DJD in the left front leg. My vet recommended cortisone to relieve any pain as well as Adequan i.m. I immediately did both and I cannot tell you what a huge difference I have seen. He used to stand there and let other horses beat him up so he didn't have to move. Now he is running around bucking, playing and full of energy. His gaits are so much better and there is no more tripping. I am so grateful that he is feeling better and it was worth every penny.

"This is a product that I trust and use all the time. It seems to really work and help with my horses joints."

"We began injecting Sassy about 9 months ago with Adequan® i.m. She is doing much better. Her joints move much more freely and the hocks flex like normal. Thank you so much for an excellent product."
Caroline Hawkins, Albany, GA
"I use Adequan® i.m. on my 15 year old Dutch Warmblood gelding as well as my 7 year old Thoroughbred cross mare. I am an eventer, and my horses train hard to stay fit and ready for competition. I feel that Adequan® i.m. keeps my older horse, who has some minor hock issues, sound and comfortable. Adequan® i.m. is a great product! My mom is a vet and really believes in using Adequan® i.m. to treat joint issues."
Kate Heisler, Kirksville, MO
"I wanted to preserve my horse’s joints. I started my horse on Adequan® i.m. after he started showing some stiffness in his hocks. After the first month, he was noticeably better.”

"Adequan® i.m. works! I have a 14-year old Arabian that was going lame with joint problems. Our vet suggested that we try Adequan. Thanks to you, we still have miles to ride.

Mathias Alm, Veddige, Sweden
"For a long time, my best horse was suffering from arthritis in her front knees, and after a series of treatments with Adequan® i.m., she finally made it back to the winner's circle. Thank you, Adequan!

Adequan® i.m. helps my horse’s arthritis. I really was skeptical about using Adequan® i.m. on my horse's arthritis but it really works. My horse seems as if his arthritis doesn't even bother him any more. Now I'm a believer in Adequan® i.m. for my horse.
Dorthy White, Dubai, UAE
"I’m very pleased. I tried Adequan® i.m. for my 11 yr old retired racing horse, he is now happy doing any transition without the discomfort of stiff joints. Thank you!"

"Adequan® i.m. has helped my horse, Dusty, very much. Dusty is about 23-years-old. We rescued him and we're not sure of his exact age. Dusty came into my care with a poorly healed bowed tendon injury. We were able to keep him in action for quite a while, and he was a fiery but excellent riding horse. Unfortunately, he re-bowed the same tendon later in life, and could not be ridden after that. On top of the bowed tendon injuries, he does suffer with arthritis, especially in his front pasterns. Adequan® i.m. injections help him tremendously. After giving him an injection, we see a difference literally within hours. He seems more limber and more comfortable. Any limping or gimpiness stops. Adequan® i.m. is less expensive than other joint injections, and that helps. Adequan® i.m. injections, along with mild exercise, stretching and liniment rubs, keep him feeling good. Although he can't be ridden anymore, I have had many great years with Dusty. He was my first horse and now I enjoy seeing him out in the pasture enjoying his golden years, thanks to Adequan® i.m."
