To claim your $20 rebate on Adequan i.m., just follow these three simple steps:

Ask your veterinarian if Adequan i.m. is right for your horse.
If prescribed by your veterinarian, purchase one 7-dose box or one 50 mL vial of Adequan i.m. and keep your receipt(s).

Rebate Submission Reminders

  • Purchase date must be within the promotional period
  • Product name and purchase date must be clearly visible on the receipt
  • Payment will not be sent to PO Box addresses

Offer valid on 7-dose series of Adequan® i.m. (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan) solution for Horses with purchase of the 7-dose box or 50 mL Multi-Dose vial. Qualifying purchase(s) must be made during the promotion period of March 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025. Limit of six (6) submissions per name, address or household. Maximum total rebate of $120. Adequan® i.m. is recommended for the intramuscular treatment of non-infectious degenerative and/or traumatic joint dysfunction and associated lameness of the carpal and hock joints in horses.

There are no known contraindications to the use of intramuscular Polysulfated Glycosaminoglycan (PSGAG). Studies have not been conducted to establish safety in breeding horses. WARNING: Do not use in horses intended for human consumption. Not for use in humans. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
